Process

How a job moves through the studio.

Four steps, the same every time. You always know who has the file, when the preview lands and when the final arrives.

You share, we listen

Brief & inputs

Meet us, then send what you have: concept sketches, floor plans, moodboards, DWG files, Pinterest pins — or just a rough idea. Napkin sketch or full design package, we work with it. We understand design language, so you won’t spend time explaining the basics.

What to send

  • Sketches or DWGs
  • Moodboards and references
  • Your CAD template and title block
  • Deadline and formats

We bring it to life

Production

Once we understand the vision, our drafters and 3D artists get to work — from precise CAD drawings to photoreal renders and MEP layouts. Your standards are our starting point, and every file is built to be production-ready.

What you get back

  • A job number
  • A preview date
  • A final date

We refine until it’s right

Review & feedback

You receive previews before anything is final. Send feedback, mark-ups or changes and we fine-tune — down to the smallest line weight or lighting tone. Quick revisions, clear communication.

How review works

  • Clay previews for camera approval
  • Two revision rounds included
  • Our errors fixed free

Done, delivered, ready to use

Final delivery

Once approved, files are packaged in your preferred format — clean, organised and ready to present to your client or submit for approval. No branding, no clutter, just the work.

What arrives

  • Native files, your naming
  • Unbranded, metadata cleared
  • Ready to present as yours

Onboarding

Your first job, start to finish.

Set up once. Every job after that starts from your standards, not from scratch.

  1. 01

    Intro call

Tell us about your studio, the projects you run and where the pressure is.

  2. 02

    NDA

Signed once the job is agreed. It covers your files, your client and the fact we were involved — and neither of us approaches the other’s clients.

  3. 03

    Your standards

CAD template, title block, layer conventions, dimension styles and render references — captured once, used every time.

  4. 04

    A pilot job

Start with one drawing or one render. Judge us on what comes back, not on a pitch.

  5. 05

    Ongoing support

Send work as it comes, or reserve capacity on a retainer.

Confidentiality

Your clients never learn we exist.

Everything you send is treated as confidential from the first message, and an NDA is signed once the job is agreed. It covers more than the drawings.

  • Your drawings, models, renders and references
  • Your client’s name, site and project details
  • The fact that we worked on it at all
  • We never approach your clients, and you never approach ours
/01

Total confidentiality

Your files and your client stay private from the first message. An NDA is signed once the job is agreed, and we never approach your clients. Your clients never learn we exist.

/02

Your standards, every time

Title block, layer conventions and dimension styles captured once at onboarding, then applied to every job after it.

/03

Dates we hold

We quote the date we can hit comfortably. If anything moves you hear it days early, never on the deadline.

Who touches your file

One named lead. A team behind them.

You deal with one person. They brief the right specialist and make sure a second pair of eyes checks the work before it reaches you.

  • /01

    CAD technicians

Qualified drafters briefed on your layer standards and title block before they open a file.

  • /02

    3D artists

Experienced visualisers working from your palette, references and lighting direction.

  • /03

    MEP draftsmen

Services coordination that holds up against the architectural set and survives site.

  • /04

    Quality reviewer

A second pair of eyes on every delivery. Never the person who produced it.

Questions

The practical bits.

Will my client ever know you were involved?

No. Everything we produce is unbranded, including file metadata and properties. We never contact your client, never publish your projects without written permission, and never appear in your deliverables.

How do I know the quality will match ours?

Before your first job we take your CAD template, title block, layer conventions, dimension styles and render references, and build to them. Every file is checked by someone other than the person who drew it — and you can test us on a single drawing first.

What if it comes back wrong?

Two revision rounds are included in every quote. If it’s our error we fix it free and it doesn’t count as a round — corrections and changes are different things.

What do you need from me to start?

Whatever you have — sketches, DWGs, PDFs, a moodboard or a photo of a napkin — plus your deadline and the formats you work in. For drawings, your CAD template and title block.

Could you approach my clients directly?

No — our agreement says neither of us approaches the other’s clients. Working behind studios is the entire business model — going around one would end it.
