What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and collects nothing about you unless you send us something.

What we collect
Only what you hand over, plus the minimum a web server needs to work.
- The brief form. Your name, studio, email address, and whatever you write in the brief — including the deadline, any file link, and whether you asked for an NDA first. We use it to answer you and to quote for the work.
- Booking a meeting. Handled by Calendly. Whatever you give them — usually a name, email and chosen time — reaches us through their service.
- Server logs. Our host records the usual request data, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
- Visit counts. Aggregate page views, measured without cookies and without identifying you.
What we don't do
- No cookies. Not one, not even for analytics.
- No advertising or cross-site trackers, and no profiles built about you.
- Fonts are served from this site, so loading a page tells no font provider you were here.
- We never sell or rent what you send us, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
The one piece of browser storage we use is a single flag that remembers you have already seen the opening animation this session, so it doesn't replay on every page. It identifies nothing and disappears when you close the tab.
Who else processes it
Running a website means other companies touch some of this. These are the only ones:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, handles server logs, provides the cookieless analytics, and forwards email sent to our address.
- Web3Forms — receives a submitted brief and emails it to us.
- Calendly — runs the meeting booking page.
- Google — our email arrives in a Google mailbox, so anything you email us is stored there.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we may need them — to answer you, to quote, and as a record of work discussed or done. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Server logs and analytics are short-lived and held by Cloudflare under their own retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@weformstudio.com and we'll deal with it. If you are in the UK or the EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If what this site does changes, this page changes with it. Last updated October 2026.
